Biebers Major Incentive Program Rules and Regulations
A. Foals 5 years old and under sired by Biebers Major, purchased privately and directly from the Stallion Owner (Melissa Bieber) in 2007 & 2008 are eligible. APHA Foals 5 years old and under sired by Biebers Oaklee, purchased privately and directly from Melissa Bieber in 2007 & 2008, are also eligible.
B. Benefits: $5.00 paid for every 1st Place (5 or more horses per class)
or Purple Ribbon if 4-H & Danish System
$2.00 paid for every 2nd Place (5 or more horses per class)
or Blue Ribbon if 4-H & Danish System

Annual Bonus/Year End Awards: For classes/events with 5 or more horses per class:
Horse with the most 1sts that year - $25.00
Horse with the most 2nds that year - $15.00
Horse with the most points that year (1st= 2 points; 2nd = 1 point; 3rd =.5 point) - $25.00
C. Within 30 days of the Show/Event: Horse Owner must provide to Stallion Owner:
Completed Incentive Form Exhibitor Report;
Copy of show bill;
Copy of front/back side of Registration papers showing original purchaser as owner;
Photo of Horse - preferably show photo, with Caption and quote to use with photo.
D. Horses resold are eligible for Year End Awards Only.
E. Upon foal’s reaching its 6 year old year foal becomes ineligible for program. Upon foal's reaching the Maximum Lifetime Dollar amount prior to its 6 year old year, foal is eligible for Year End Awards Only.
F. Horse Owner and Horse Exhibitor certify and grant Stallion owner permission to use photos, show results, and other information on Stallion Owner’s Website and other advertising.
G. All disputes decided by Stallion Owner
H. Stallion Owner reserves the right to alter conditions of all or part of this program in its sole discretion. Stallion owner reserves the right to cancel this program at any time. Program terminates immediately upon death of Stallion or Stallion Owner, or the sale of Stallion.
